All of our products go through an extensive production process, each one hand-crafted and made with quality in mind. The process begins with cutting and roughly shaping the material to it's design; the product is then filed down and the edges smoothed so as to be the best quality possible. It is then drilled using a pillar drill and fine drill bits to create the perfectly formed holes and intricate design aspects of our products. It is finally completely and carefully shaped, then buffed and polished to remove any scratches or unwanted marks created in the production methods and then packaged and placed gently into a storage area ready for orders or for the next trade fair. Being hand made, every necklace, bracelet, ring or particular product is individual in its own way, creating a unique character to each and every one and meaning that all products are slightly different in their own very special way.
